Annual Meeting Minutes
Thursday, April 21, 2026
The Annual Meeting for the Town of Springfield was called to order by Barry Ketchum at 6:30 p.m. PRESENT: Chair Barry Ketchem, Supervisors: Warren Benson & James Mahoney, Clerk/Treasurer Rachael Hawkins, Bryce Oehlke, and Keith Kromery
A motion was made by Warren to approve the agenda and seconded by Jim. Motion carried.
Last year’s annual meeting minutes were presented. A motion was made by Jim to approve the minutes and seconded by Warren. Motion carried.
Road plan was presented. Jim made a motion to accept the road plan as presented. Warren seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Draft of the financial report for 2025 was presented.
A motion was made by Warren to authorize the board to borrow money if needed and seconded by Bryce. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Bryce to authorize to hire town officers as employees of the town at the wage of $15/hr and seconded by Jim. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Jim to set the next year’s annual meeting on Tuesday, April 20, 2027 and seconded by Barry. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Warren to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 and seconded by Jim. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 6:40 pm.
