The Town of Springfield requires permits for mobiles home parked on your property for living or storage. The application form can be obtained from the township building inspector and approved by the town board. The fee for mobile home permit is $250.00. If you do not have a permit you will be asked to remove the mobile home from your property and required to a pay a fine to the township if you do not remove it.
