June 27, 2025 Special Board Meeting Minutes
Friday, June 27, 2025
Present: Chair Dean Fayerweather, Supervisors Barry Ketchum & Jim Mahoney, Clerk/Treasurer Sheri Erickson, Laura Evans and Rachael Hawkins.
Meeting called to order by Dean Fayerweather at 12:30 pm.
Motion made by Barry to approve the agenda. Seconded by Jim. Motion carried.
Appointment of Town Chair Position:
Motion made by Jim to appoint Barry Ketchum as Town Chair when Dean’s resignation is official on July 14. Seconded by Dean. Motion carried.
Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Interviews:
Laura Evans and Rachael Hawkins were interviewed for the Deputy Clerk/Treasurer position.
Closed Session:
Motion made by Dean to enter closed session per Wis §19.85(1)(c) at 2:10 pm. Seconded by Barry. Motion carried.
Reconvene into open session to take action on closed session items, as necessary:
Motion made by Dean to resume open session at 2:17 pm. Seconded by Jim. Motion carried.
Jim made a motion to offer Rachael Hawkins the Deputy Clerk/Treasurer position at $20/hr. Barry seconded the motion. Motion carried.
