July 15 Special Board Meeting Minutes
Monday, July 15, 2024
SPECIAL MEETING for the Town of Springfield was called to order by Dean Fayerweather at 6:30 p.m. PRESENT: Chair Dean Fayerweather, Supervisors: Barry Ketchum & James Mahoney, Clerk/Treasurer Sheri Erickson, and Mark Erickson.
A motion was made by Dean & 2nd by Jim to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
Cold Storage Building:
Mark presented the updated quote from Lester Building for the 36x54x14 with overhead door.
A motion was made by Barry & 2nd by Jim to proceed with purchasing the proposed Lester building and to table the concrete to next month’s meeting to get more estimates. Motion carried.
Town Hall A/C:
Sheri presented the pricing for a dual zone mini-split from Menards.
A motion was made by Barry to purchase the dual zone mini-split from Menards not to exceed $3,000. Motion seconded by Dean. Motion carried.
