ANNUAL TOWN MEETING 4/18/23
Present: Supervisor Barry Ketchum, Clerk Sheri Erickson, and Martha Erickson
The Annual Town Meeting was called to order by Barry Ketchum at 6:30 p.m.
A motion was made by Sheri to approve the agenda and seconded by Barry. Ayes 3, Nays 0, Abstained 0. Motion carried.
Last year’s annual meeting minutes were presented. A motion was made by Martha to approve the minutes and seconded by Barry. Ayes 3, Nays 0, Abstained 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Barry to elect town board supervisors to numbered seats and seconded by Martha. Ayes 3, Nays 0, Abstained 0. Motion carried.
The five-year road plan was presented.
Draft copy of the financial report for 2022 was presented.
A motion was made by Sheri to authorize the board to borrow money and seconded by Martha. Ayes 3, Nays 0, Abstained 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Martha to authorize to hire town officers as employees of the town and seconded by Barry. Ayes 3, Nays 0, Abstained 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Barry to set the hourly wage of an elected officer as employee of the town at $15/hour and seconded by Martha. Ayes 3, Nays 0, Abstained 0. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Sheri to set the next year’s annual meeting on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, and seconded by Martha. Ayes 3, Nays 0, Abstained 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Barry to adjourn the meeting at 6:41 p.m. and seconded by Sheri. Ayes 3, Nays 0, Abstained 0. Motion carried.
