ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the qualified electors of the Town of Springfield, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, that the Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 16th, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. at the Springfield Town Hall.
AGENDA
1. Approve Agenda
2. Present last year’s annual meeting minutes
3. Present roadwork plan
4. Financial report for 2023
5. Authorize board to borrow money under § 60.10(2)(a)
6. Authorize board to hire town officers as employees of the town § 60.37(4)(a)
7. Establish hourly wage of elected officer as employee of the town § 60.10(1)(g)
8. Set wages for Chairman & Supervisors for April 2025 to March 2027 § 60.32
9. Other business as required/permitted
10. Set up next year’s annual meeting date
11. Adjourn
The regular monthly board meeting will follow the Annual Town Meeting.
