The REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING for the Town of Springfield was called to order by Chairman Dean Fayerweather at 6:35 p.m. PRESENT: Martha Erickson, Sheri Erickson, Mark Erickson, Supervisors: Jim Mahoney, Barry Ketchum
A motion was made by Jim & 2nd by Barry to approve the agenda. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Barry & 2nd by Dean to approve the Oct minutes as read. Motion carried.
The financial report was read. A motion was made by Dean & 2nd by Jim to approve the report as read. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Barry & 2nd by Jim to approve the bills to be paid in November at a total of $10877.03. Motion carried.
Recycling/ Maintenance Report: Finish up work by county on 60thae and 270th St.
Chairman Report: None
Public Input: Martha Erickson requested receipts in monthly packet to help tax payers see. All transactions need to be shown to auditor.
Board spoke on Baldwin EMS letter.

Board had a closed session @ 7:10 regarding employee. Closed session adjourned at 7:18pm.
