Closed Session: At this time the board may convene in closed session Pursuant to S.S. 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. For the following purpose of hiring a Deputy Clerk/Treasurer.
5. Reconvene into open session to take action on closed session items, as necessary.
