Notice of Public Hearing
The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, February 20, 2025, beginning at 5:00 p.m., at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room, 1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, 54016 to consider the proposed amended St. Croix County Chapter 15-Genernal Zoning Ordinance. This ordinance regulates properties in the unincorporated area of towns under County Zoning. The proposed amendment streamlines and clarifies procedural requirements, updates use specific regulations, and modifies development standards within the ordinance. The purpose of this ordinance is to promote public health, safety, welfare, and natural resources by encouraging planned and orderly development.
Pertinent information regarding these amendments is available from the St. Croix County Community Development Department. Interested persons may submit written or oral comments related to this matter any time prior to the hearing or at the hearing.
