Building Permit Changes
The town clerk will no longer be issuing building permits and all building permits will be issued by the township’s building inspector, Joshua Melstrom.

Updated building permit fees are:
$500 new homes construction
$50 for remodeling or repair over $10,000
$250 for mobile home permits
$50 for other accessory structures – barns, sheds, swimming pools, solar panels and windmills.
