Board of Review
Wednesday, June 7, 2023 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The board of review was called to order by Dean Fayerweather at 6 pm.
Present was Chairman Dean Fayerweather, Supervisors James Mahoney and Barry Ketchum, Assessor Bob Irwin, Clerk Sheri Erickson
Jim nominated Dean as Board of Review Chairperson. Barry seconded. Motion carried.
Jim nominated Barry as Board of Review Vice-Chairperson. Dean seconded. Motion carried.
Sheri confirmed that Barry attended an approved BOR training on 5/1/23 and has met the mandatory training requirements.
Ordinance for the confidentiality of income and expense information provided to the assessor under state law (Wis. Stat. 70.47(7)(af) was verified with updated ordinance 22-002 on file.
Assessment Roll was received.
Assessment Roll was signed by Assessor Bob Irwin.
The assessor verified that one open book change was included.
There were no scheduled Intent to File Objections hearings.
Board of Review was adjourned by Dean at 8 pm.
